How many days per week is the program?

TACTICAL STRENGTH is a progressive 90-day program that includes 2 full-body strength workouts with an optional 3rd workout. This is by design. You have a physically demanding profession, so think quality over quantity! These workouts are designed to ENHANCE your on-the-job performance, NOT take away from it. Strength training "only" 2-3 times per week leaves you with enough time (and energy reserve) to include cardio and/or BJJ training into your weekly routine.

Are there warm-ups included?

Hell yes they are! Every single thing in this program has been thought out meticulously, including the warm-ups. They are designed to improve your mobility and increase the effectiveness of the workouts. And here's the best part: The warm-ups only take 10-12 minutes to complete!

What if I don't know how to do a particular exercise?

You don't think I thought of that?! EVERY exercise has a link to a YouTube video where you'll be shown exactly how to perform it. It's like Joe D. is personally coaching you right from your phone!

What exactly does the program include and how much does it cost?

    This includes 2 main (full body) strength workouts per week and an optional 3rd workout.
  • Physical Self-Assessment
    These 7 tests were designed to give tactical professionals a clear understanding of their current level of strength, mobility and endurance, while exposing any weaknesses or injuries you may have. The tests can also be performed after completing the program so you can see exactly where you improved.
  • Pre Patrol/Work "Wake-Up" Routine
    This brief workout will prime your central nervous system, mobilize your joints and wake your ass up before serving a search warrant, patrolling the streets, fighting a fire, etc.
  • Hotel Workouts
    This includes "bodyweight-only" and "band-only" workouts so you can still get your training in (even if you don't have access to a gym) when traveling.
